Meet Jeremy E0946 Jeremy is a gorgeous 24 week old Great Dane × Irish Wolfhound pup with legs for days and a heart just as big. He’s a goofy, gangly boy who hasn’t quite grown into his body yet—and that just adds to his charm. He’s incredibly affectionate and a total foodie, which should make training a fun and rewarding experience. Jeremy is toilet trainied having access to a dog door in foster care. Jeremy loves his toys… and occasionally things that aren’t toys, so supervision and redirection will be part of puppy life. Walking on lead is coming along, but he does seem to think every other dog and person he meets HAS to be his friend — so ongoing training and consistency will help him learn polite greetings and become the very best boy he can be. He loves water in all forms—whether it’s splashing in a paddling pool, chasing the sprinkler, or enthusiastically joining you in the shower, Jeremy is always up for a good soak. At home, Jeremy is a classic bed hog who is absolutely convinced he’s a lap dog. He would thrive with another confident dog companion to help teach him the finer points of “how to dog.” Jeremy has been living in foster care with cats and absolutely adores them. While he can be enthusiastic with his affection, he is respectful of cats’ boundaries and knows when to back off. As a large-breed pup who is still bouncy and growing, Jeremy would be best suited to a home with older children who can handle his size and enthusiasm.
