The $25 adult cat adoption campaign kicks off TODAY!

The $25 adult cat adoption campaign kicks off TODAY! Our adult cats are totally outraged about having their adoption fees reduced to just $25 on PetRescue.com.au We know it’s an UNBELIEVABLY small price to pay for the privilege of a cat’s company, especially when it includes desexing, vaccinations and microchipping too. But if it helps our cats find a loving forever home before the busy kitten season, and helps more Australians bring a wonderful cat into their lives, we think it’s totally worth it!  All our adult cats listed with @PetRescueAU are now available to adopt for just $25 until 1 November 2017. Go tell your family and friends. Just don’t tell the dog! #catsonspecial #callthepurrlice – All adult cats reduced to $25 for seven days – Campaign ends 1 November 2017   https://www.petrescue.com.au/groups/10288/Paws–Claws-Adoption Thursday, October 26, 2017

Still Need a Home for Liam and Dune!

Liam is a friendly and loving 7 month old boy, who is always keen on getting lots of pats. He can get very playful and loves running behind curtains and scaring Dune. Dune is a 8 month old girl who is shy and quiet at first, but with time and patience she enjoys a good pat and purrs like a machine when she’s getting attention. Dune loves playing with anything that dangles, especially tassels and trying to chase Liam’s tail. Liam and Dune have been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and wormed treated and are ready to go to their new fur-ever home together for $180. If you would like to meet the duo, please don’t hesitate to message our FB page or email us at info@pawsandclawsadoptions.com.au or call us on 8362 0056 Wednesday, July 6, 2016

Tye Needs Surgery – Help!

Meet Tye, my amazing foster! This beautiful dog has come to us from a bad situation, where he was left abandoned in a backyard for at least a month before he was found, the neighbours were feeding him and suspect he may have been abused within the past few years. The RSPCA conducted an investigation into Tye’s situation and have now allowed us to take Tye into our care. When we first saw Tye we knew that there was something wrong with him, and as soon as he came into our care we organised to get him to the vet. This poor pup has been living with an untreated crutiate injury in his right hock for at least a year, as well as arthritis and being so overweight, that which results in him limping around, and occasionally collapsing due to his weight and unstable legs. Due to the arthritis in Tye’s legs, he cannot have a full crutiate repair, so the vet has recommended a smaller surgery to stabilise the joint instead. We have been quoted $450 for his surgery, and afterwards to help with his arthritis he will need a series of 4 anti inflammatory injections quoted at $26 …
