Gus
Meet Gus!
She is an affectionate, soft spirited female cat approx. 2 years old (de-sexed and Microchipped)
Gus is the type of cat who LOVES her human (all humans really), she flourishes and gains so much confidence from being around people.
That is not to say, she’s needy – in fact, Gus is a very low maintenance pet (she will just sleep in a safe place when her human isn’t home). She doesn’t explore too much during the day, she won’t destroy things or make a mess, she is very good with the toilet and isn’t the type of cat to wake you up at all hours of the morning. She’s actually very rarely vocal and won’t annoy you to be fed.
What’s great about Gus; is that she loves to be picked up and cuddled like a baby. Gus loves to have her tummy rubbed/scratched and If you accidentally rough her hair up the wrong way – she won’t care, in fact she also loves this (which is rare). She has been known to lick and gently head butt her humans when she is feeling happy and content.
She loves affection but feels most comfortable receiving it in safe/quiet place – particularly to begin with.
Gus is looking for a quiet long term FURever home, ideally she would be best suited to someone who is patient, nurturing, loving and committed to bringing the best out in her. She is well suited to a person that may not have a huge house or backyard – as she spends a lot of time sleeping.
She isn’t particularly fond of the television, loud noises or quick movements as they over stimulate her, when she is adapting to new environments. She was surrendered with another cat but would be most suitable in a home without dogs or young children.
Gus is de-sexed, micro chipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated. Her adoption fee is $90. Her foster home is located in Prospect.
