If you haven’t noticed, Reid (B0702) is a professional attention seeker. He takes his role very seriously in his foster home & is always first in line for a cuddle or a pat. Personal space is not on Reid’s list of requirements, he would actually prefer a home where he is showered in love & affection as much as possible.
Reid has lovely manners & although he is playful & bounces around his foster home, he is still mindful of his surroundings. He is a good little boy that will patiently wait for his dinner to be ready whilst his brothers run up & down the kitchen causing chaos. Not little Reid though, he is an old soul, wise beyond his years & knows if he waits nicely, his foster Mum will put the bowl next to him as a reward for his good behaviour.
Watching Reid grow into a confident & loyal kitten has been a joy for his foster family. One thing they would like potential adopters to consider is although Reid has been in a foster home with children, he mostly enjoys the company of adults. He will happily play with children & follow them around but in the evening, he is most content snuggled up on the couch getting all the hugs from his foster mum. He will seek out his foster mum at every opportunity for a cuddle & will chirp or purr to show you how happy he is to be close to you.
Reid has been in foster care with both cats & dogs. With a slow introduction, Reid would adjust well to a home with another pet. He would also be perfectly fine on his own provided his new family were home quite a lot for company. His foster family would prefer to see Reid in an indoor-only home. He is quite trusting & could easily be lead astray in his attempt to seek out affection.
You will find Reid in his foster home located in Semaphore Park. Reid has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, vet checked, flea treated & wormed. His adoption fee is $200.
