Need some down lights installed?
Sparky is a 9 month old, spunky, sassy, snuggly little lady. She came into care a feral, stray, spicy baby that was found and rescued from the SA Power Networks site in Keswick. Hence the name, Sparky! She was afraid of just about everything, with people being particularly creepy.
It took some hard work, patience, time and a whole lot of love, but Sparky is now a happy, mildly spicy, but still lovely, forever home ready, cat.
Sparky is a very energetic teenager. She loves small soft toys, especially her daggy mouse on a string. She’s quite happy to lounge around during the day, while you’re at work, so long as she has loads of toys to play with.
If you enjoy getting off the couch with ease, then Sparky is probably not the cat for you. If you’ve got a lap, she’s on it. If you try to get up, and move her off, she’ll jump straight back on. If your lap is occupied, she’ll get as close as humanly possible. She is a lap cat, through and through. She loves being petted and scratched but can get overstimulated and gives little bites to let you know she’s had enough.
Given that Sparky was a stray, she can be a little skittish. She’s still adjusting to feet moving around her and can sometimes get scared. She’s also not used to someone approaching her for pats, and can get frightened and run away. Not because she doesn’t like you, but she’s just unsure. Given that she’s a little skittish, a quite household, with no young children would be best.
Sparky is currently being fostered with two doggos. She absolutely loves both of them and is always cuddling and rubbing her face on their face. She doesn’t like when they get excited though, so a calm, quite dog would be perfect. She hasn’t been tested with cats.
Her new family will need to give her lots of love, patience and time. She will be frightened at first, she may run away and hide but once she’s comfortable with you, you’ll have a forever lap warmer with the most adorable pink toe beans.
Sparky is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea and worm treated. She will need to be an indoor only cat. Her adoption fee is $120 and she’s currently being fostered in Penfield.
