Amy is a very special kitty, needing a very special home – could it be yours?
4 Month old Amy (B0057) has had a rough start to her young life, as a very young kitten she developed an ulcer in one of her eyes that didn’t respond to treatment. In the end she had to have the eye removed. She’s recovered from her surgery and is adjusting to only having vision in her one remaining eye.
Generally she is a sweet little girl who loves to play and curl up to sleep at the end of your bed, but she currently struggles with depth perception and is frightened by other animals coming close to her so she is looking for a furever home that doesn’t have any children. She might be okay in a home with a gentle kitty friend who would give her space when needed.
She will need your love and support to help her continue to adjust and you will need to provide a loving and safe indoor only environment for her. She may take a little time to settle into her new home as new environments are a little bit scary for her now but once she knows she is safe, your patience will be rewarded and she will show you her lovable personality and give you the kind of devotion that only special needs kitties can do.
Amy has been desexed, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and is litter trained. Currently located at Murray Bridge, Amy is ready to review your application now. Her adoption fee is $200.00
