Meet Beanie, also known as Beanie Boy
This cheeky boy was named Beanie because he was like a Beanie Baby toy cat when we first rescued him. Tiny, soft, fuzzy… He was also very, very sick and unable to see, but with a strong desire to live. We did not think he would survive the first few nights as we syringe fed him but BB is a fighter!
BB, now 12 weeks old, runs to greet us all when we come home from school or work. He joyfully plays with us or with his cat toys and scratches on his cat tree. He loves to cuddle up on us for a belly rub when we are reading or watching TV.
Don’t get me wrong, he is very active and loves to chase ping pong balls around the house. He also likes to just lie in a cosy blanket and cuddle up with us too. BB’s favourite spot, however, is at the feet of our teenage sons when they play XBox.
Beanie has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for worms and fleas. He is currently living in Rose Park. He is an inside cat only so far and hasn’t been around dogs but very curious about everything. He is such a survivor and will be a very special addition to any family. If you are interested in adopting Beanie, his adoption fee is just $190. Please fill out an application here:
