Hi I’m Alfie! I’m around 19 months old and a Jack Russel X.

I’m a very timid little guy who takes a moment to warm up to new people, you see I wasn’t given a good start to life. I was found with a plastic bag tied around my head so I couldn’t get it off… luckily someone found me in time and I found myself in care with a lovely foster family.

I will need my new family to take it slow and on my terms until I warm up and learn I am safe. Once you gain my trust I will show you all the love and my silly playful side. I’m very smart and food motivated making me easy to train.

I enjoy going for a walk but I’m still unsure of the world and other dogs make me nervous at the moment. My new family will need to continue to work on building my confidence so I can enjoy exploring the big wide world.

Up to date on all vet work, I’m currently in care in Mawson Lakes and my adoption fee is $750

*All dogs start out on a 14-day trial period. Adoption fees are to be paid in full when dog is collected for their trial.
If for any reason the trial doesn’t work out, the dog can be returned and your adoption fee will be refunded less the administration fee (specified on adoption contract, varies per dog).
Adoption fees are only returned via bank transfer. We will welcome any of our dogs back into our care at any stage of their life, however, adoption fees will only be returned during the trial period.*
