Snow
Introducing Snow.
Snow is a beautiful 14 week old girl. Snow came to us with a sister and two brothers, with their umbilical cords still attached. Petal took the kittens on, along with her own kitten. Snow didn’t develop the same as her siblings, and it is thought it is to do with the Cerebellum. It’s a part of the brain that hasn’t developed properly and won’t. As a young kitten her head would wobble with no control. Snow couldn’t eat and drink like the others, so continued to feed off Petal, as long as she could latch on, she would get a feed.
Snow doesn’t wobble as much but just shakes now. She gets better everyday, with only being able to use her front legs, Snow would drag her back legs along. Lately she has been able to walk on four legs but she still has difficulty. When she runs, she looks like a kangaroo because her back legs hop behind her.
When she goes to sleep, the shaking stops.
Snow loves a lap to sleep on and loves company. If she wants attention, she will find me in the kitchen and bite my toes. She loves to rough and tumble with all the cats in the house. When vaccuming, she thinks it’s play time. All the other kittens scatter but Snow comes and plays with the vaccum.
Snow would be a wonderful companion and should only be indoors for her own safety.
Snow has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. She is currently located in Largs North and her adoption fee is $190.
