Introducing Parker. Hello. My name is Parker, I’m approximately 16 weeks old and a lovely people orientated boy. I love to tickle feet and mooch around the humans legs. I am very athletic and playful and I love toys – feathers on sticks, rolling balls, stuffed mice, scratchy poles….I love them all. I also like doing zoomies. The humans have to watch out as I like to scout between their legs if they are in my ‘zoomies’ path. I am a confident young man who mixes well with other cats. I would suit a home with kids or adults, but bare in mind my love of legs. If you don’t have good balance I might not be suited to you. I have a lovely soft short coat that is perfect for patting. Introducing Abner. Hello. My name is Abner. I’m about 14 weeks old and have just been to the vet for my desexing, so I’m ready for my forever home. I came into Paws and Claws with my mum and brothers when I was very small. I’ve grown a lot since then. As you can see in my photo, I have grey and white medium hair. My foster mum says I’m very soft and I like it when she pats me because it makes me purr. I spend my days wrestling with my brother, climbing the scratchy pole and playing with toys. I like chasing balls and I love to run up and down the hallway like a race horse. I think I’m really fast. I’ve met some big friendly cats and get along well with them. There’s a farm dog here I like to watch through the window and we touch noses through the glass, so I think I’ll be okay with a friendly dog in my new home. Introducing Taco. Hi my name is Taco, I’m a gorgeous 11 week old, born 1/12/20, who was found wandering the streets alone and scared. Thankfully some nice people caught me and called Paws and Claws for help. I have been living with my foster carer for a little while now which has been the best. She has helped me to become friendly and has shown me so much love and care. Sometimes I still get a little bit scared and let out a little hiss and run away, but I am so much happier and friendly now and ready to find my forever family. Meet Malibu. Having been rescued from a school yard only two months ago, Malibu has absolutely transformed. Her former life was spent hiding under furniture and scurrying away at the first sign of movement, but these days you can find her enjoying a tin of wet food, stretching out in the sunspots, and enjoying scratches from her humans. Malibu met many ‘social’ milestones while in foster care, and progressed weekly with coming out of her shell. With people she is comfortable around: she will happily approach, lie on her back for cuddles, and receive food hand-fed like the queen she is. New faces still make her feel a little unsure and although it does take time to earn her trust, it is totally worth it for the cuddles and purrs she gives!
