Otis

Meet Otis, a 3 year 9 month Male Beagle x Cavalier. Otis is a very loving boy who enjoys the wind in his face in the car, slow rambling walks with lots of sniffing time, snuggly time on or near his humans and, of course, food. Lol Otis has very good manners and will sit before eating and while you attach his lead. He never pushes in front of a human and goes “wee” when told to before going straight to his bed when told “sleep”! He is very respectful with other small dogs, happily minding his own business and while he is unsure of cats, he is not aggressive toward them. If there is such a thing as a perfect companion then Otis certainly fits the bill. Oh and did I mention he’s a stunner in looks too. Lol Otis comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. His adoption fee is $400 and he is located in Andrews Farm. If you would like to express your interest in Otis, please fill in an application using the link below: http://tiny.cc/dquest/?specific=Yes&dogName=Otis For more information, please message our Facebook page, contact us on 0416 364 228 or send an email to …

Odie

Meet Odie Odie is a male, Maltese x and close to 5 years old. He loves walks, sticking his head out the car window and meal times. When not walking he is relaxed and chilled at home. Once he has warmed up to you, Odie prefers to be inside with you and will happily lay in his bed or on your lap in the evening. However, he will also spend time outdoors curled up in the sun. He has had his lower two teeth removed due to infection. Due to this sometimes it can look like he has a snarl on his face but its just the way his teeth sit 😬 He can be shy when meeting someone for the first time and can growl and try to nip but he does respond well if you show him authority and leadership – give him a stern ‘NO’ when he misbehaves in this way. Odie picks things up quickly and responds well to verbal praise, the key is just to be consistent. We found it is best to let Odie come to you rather then approach him for a pat. He settled in and warmed up to us quickly. With …

Bindi

It is with deep regret I am not able to adopt my beautiful foster baby girl due to personal circumstances and no fault of her own. Bindi has been the biggest blessing in my life. This little princess and her sister Maggie (now at her forever home) came to me January this year as a foster dog from a puppy farm. Bindi was injured and not use to human contact until I came alone and took them in. Since then she has made milestones and is very responsive to learning new things. She is a very relaxed dog and enjoys laying in the sun however can shy from strangers until she gets to know them. A pat and treats always does the trick. As she has spent her whole life with other dogs she would best suit a home with other dogs. Bindi does not need a lot of exercise, a walk every second day and a throw of her ball is enough to keep her content. Bindi is a Labrador, and is roughly two and a half years old. She is extremely affectionate, is very obedience and sits when told too. She responds well on a lead, toilet trained …

Missy

Missy is just over a year and a half old Staffy Ridgeback Cross who is a playful happy girl and has got a lot of love to give. She likes a lot of exercise as she has a lot of energy so will need big walk every day and then be able to curl up to you on the couch. Missy would love a home where she can play outside, but also really wants to be inside with you too and be part of your family. Her last family didn’t teach her very much, so she would benefit from some force free training classes. She loves to learn new things and my foster daddy says I am a very fast learner. Missy loves people and can get along with friendly calm dogs and older children. She haven’t seen very much of the world so will need your patience and careful slow introductions to new things such as car rides. She is untested with cats. Missy is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, her adoption fee is $400. She is located with her foster daddy in Elizabeth Vale. If you would like to express interest in her, please complete an …

Ivy

Meet Ivy ❤ Ivy is a 9 month old female Pug x Beagle 😀 Ivy is a robust, healthy little dog with a playful spirit, a sense of humour and a desire to please. She is a curious little explorer, and very devoted and affectionate to her human family. Ivy’s temperament includes some common traits of Beagles and Pugs. Pugs are affectionately referred to as “little shadows” because of how much they love their owners. Perky and playful, the Pug has boundless energy and loves to meet and greet whenever possible. Mix that with the Beagle, a scent hound that is loyal and loving. Ever cheerful and responsive, this breed makes a fine companion for the whole family, especially children. Easy to care for and more than friendly, the Beagle travels well and enjoys meeting others. She is also a chowhound, no way around that one. Ivy will need help with house training and should be supervised with children less than 5 years of age until she grows out of the puppy stage. Older children love her. New owners will need to take the time and trouble to get into a good routine with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. Ivy’s …

Odie

Meet Odie!❤🐾 Odie is a male, Maltese x and close to 5 years old. He loves walks, sticking his head out the car window and meal times. When not walking he is relaxed and chilled at home. He has had his lower two tooth removed due to infection. Due to this sometimes it can look like he has a snarl on his face but its just the way his teeth sit 😬 Odie is not good with other dogs and takes some time to warm up to new people. When taking him for a walk he pulls on the lead. Any dogs that come across your path Odie will bark, pull on the lead and lunge. When no other dogs are in sight then walking is no problem. When meeting new people Odie can growl and try to nip. You must show him authority and leadership and give him a stern no when he misbehaves in this way. We found it is best to let Odie come to you rather then approach him for a pat. He settled in and warmed up to us quickly. With professional one on one dog traning these small behavioural issues can be fixed. Once …

Spud

He is a 14 months old, very handsome Staffy crossbreed (possibly with bull mastiff or sharpaie). Spud is loving and affectionate and very people orientated. He is an excellent companion – enjoying being with his human family (or another large dog companion) – whether just quietly watching you cook dinner from the couch, standing next to you while gardening, or accompanying you on trips in the car. He is good with older children, but his large size could possibly be very intimidating for smaller children. He is very calm and quiet around children and has not shown any food aggression. He has been in a home with cats and small dogs and guinea pigs – although never left unsupervised – and sometimes his playful puppy nature can be too boisterous for the smaller animals who are not as sturdy as Spud would like them to be. Spud loves fetch and interactive rope games and can play for hours… He loves the beach and is comfortable in water. Spud has had some training and is familiar with toileting routines, crate training, walking on a lead, and basic commands like “sit” and “down”. He has it just begun consistent training recently (as …
