Brownie Happy Home Update

A little Happy Home Update for Brownie the kitten (now going by the name of Kiki). We can’t thank you enough for bringing this happy and friendly spirit to us. Kiki took all of 2 hours to explore and settle on the couch between us. She loves watching the tennis, to run around, and to snuggle between us on the bed at night. She is so clever – brings us her toys to our feet whenever she wants to play, and even indicates where in the house she prefers to play. Yes, she is now the boss of us. Here are some pics of Kiki looking her cutest (which is all the time really). Saturday, September 17, 2016

Penny Happy Home Update

Happy Home Update. We adopted lovely Penny in March of this year. She has quickly become a much loved member of our little family and even our 17 year old cat tolerates her. We couldn’t see ourselves without her and for me personally, I feel blessed that she popped up on my facebook feed when she did. We love Penny to bits. Thank you Paws & Claws for bringing her to us. Boston Happy Home Update

It’s a special day today for our hound Boston known as Jessica, it’s two years today we rescued her! We would like to share with you how she is getting on and what she does in her spare time! Boston loves her cricket balls as they are the only balls she doesn’t manage to destroy! She enjoys her walks at the beach, in the forest and play dates with other dogs. Boston is a cuddly hound however she can be odd some time and would rather lay upside down, but that’s Boston for you. Thank you Paws & Claws once again   Friday, September 2, 2016

Kol Happy Home Update

Hey Paws and Claws 😊 Would like to give you guys a update on how Kol has been doing, in the last month, since we’ve had him. He loves his bigger, yet younger brother Loki (cattle dog), and Alfie (cat) is slowly getting used to him. Kol loves to chew, and gets possessive over a yellow oval shaped ball, that originally was not his 😐. He has been a great addition to the house, however, he still needs to learn how to not chase Alfie – but we are getting there! Thursday, September 1, 2016

Nonu Happy Home Update

We found this awesome dude when he was just 3 months old at Paws & Claws Adoptions Inc. (via Facebook). Now he is 3 (or is it 21)? We often get asked ‘what kind of dog is he?’ Tassie tiger, Ridgeback, Greyhound, etc … Of course people mean, ‘what breed is he’, and I guess that’s pretty normal to ask. We don’t know what breed he is, and we really don’t care (it’s fun to make shit up) but as to what kind of dog he is? He’s gentle, loving, loyal, funny, cuddly, stoic, lazy, sookie and a babe. That’s what kind of dog he is. Animal adoption agencies like Paws & Claws Adoptions Inc. do great work. If you’d like a pet, then please consider looking at them. I am so glad we have this fella/mongrel/bitsa/mixed breed/bestie/babe in our lives. Happy 21st birthday, Nonu. Thursday, September 1, 2016

Carson Happy Home Update

Today marks the second anniversary of adopting my beautiful Carson from Paws & Claws. Two years on, he is still fit and well. He settled in very quickly. This photo was taken only 90 minutes after he got home. Sunday, August 14, 2016

Ronald Happy Home Update

This is my boy Ronald (Ronnie for short – Previously Hank). My roomie bought him for me as a surprise (because I was having a pretty shitty time) just over a year ago. He’s the biggest, cuddliest sook and I love him to bits. Not a fan of his cousin (A bulldog named Chippie) and his Aunt (a tabby named Ruski) isn’t his biggest fan, but he’s one loved catty who returns everyone’s affections with gusto. Thank you, Paws & Claws for blessing me with this darling ❤️🐱. Wednesday, August 10, 2016

Yuki Happy Home Update

Yuki “ex-Daisy” is inseparable from her Mamma! She’s gorgeous and demanding! We are so lucky we found her at Paws and Claws. Thanks for all that you do! I also know the whereabouts of her brother, Astronomy. He’s equally cheeky but much loved. Here’s a photo of them together before Yuki was adopted. Monday, August 8, 2016

Sasha Happy Home Update

Hi we would like to give a happy home update. We made a couple of visits to Paws and Claws at the end of last year and each time spent some quiet time with the very timid Sasha, and we fell in love. She was 6 months old when we got her, and we recently (July 14th) celebrated her first birthday. She took quite a long time to relax in her new environment, which we were expecting, and even longer to come close to us. This was hard, but the rewards are worth the patience! She is still a little skitty at times but she can also be so affectionate. She is such a character! We could not be happier that we took a chance on a slightly older kitty. We adore Sasha! We are very seriously considering adopting her a little sibling. Monday, August 8, 2016
