Foster Fail Flossy

This is Flossy! She’s very much on the way to becoming my newest adoption! This beautiful baby girl is 12 weeks old and she’s so lively and fun and just so full of affection! This little angel was found just a few weeks old, abandoned in a toilet block in the country with her brother. Having had to fight away any predator wildlife with their little bodies, Flossy’s brother managed to contract herpes and may have passed it on to Floss through sharing water and food bowls. The good news is that they’ve both recovered from herpes although they will have the virus forever, it’s all about making sure they aren’t in stressful environments and situations! Choose animal adoption agencies over animal farms! Some of these poor babies have been exposed to such hardships and all they want now is just a little love and a forever home! πŸ±πŸΆπŸ’•πŸ±πŸΆπŸ’•πŸ±πŸΆπŸ’•πŸ±πŸΆπŸ’•πŸ±πŸΆπŸ’•πŸ±πŸΆπŸ’• Monday, February 22, 2016

Happy Home Update – Winston

HAPPY NEW HOME UPDATE: WINSTON (aka Gizmo) I’d had a rather rough Christmas and New Year but my fortunes changed when the people I immediately knew I wanted to adopt turned up at Paws and Claws. I tried them out first by coming out of my cave and doing a bit of a lap cuddle (much to the surprise of the P&C staff) and for me the deal was sealed. But just to make sure they were on the same page, for the ENTIRE car trip to my new hills home, I told them (in my loudest voice ever!) that I was a distinguished gentleman of 9 years and that I would absolutely not put up with negligent servants, kids or other pets. They seemed to understand because when I got home they lavished me with perfect quiet spaces (replete with soft cuddly blankets) where I could sleep off the anxiety of late and with all the food I could eat which I gratefully tucked into right away as I hadn’t been eating much recently. Since then, I’ve mostly been catching up on much needed sleep but I have also spent a bit of time on my bedroom chair gazing …

Harriet is a beautiful 11 year old female cat. You may know her as the famed writer of “Harriet’s Diary”. Harriet has been transformed in her loving foster care home. She is now healthy and affectionate, However, she doesn’t particularly like other cats so is looking for a furever home where she can be the only cat. She would thrive in a quiet home with an owner who can take the time she needs to settle in. That person will be rewarded with her sweet meow whenever she sees them, her gentle, grateful purr as they sit next to her, and her loving head rub.Harriet is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. Her adoption fee is $40. If you would like to meet Harriet, please contact us on 8362 0056 or send us an email info@pawsandclawsadoptions.com.au   Back to Cats Adopted Saturday, May 7, 2016
