Hi! My name is Rock but my foster family calls me Rocco. They also call me Rocky, Little Black Abyss, The Void, Spicy Boy, Sweet Boy, and Little Psycho 🤪

I am a handsome black 20-week-old DSH boy with the darkest fur and the prettiest green eyes searching for a family to love forever! I earned my first nickname Spicy Boy when I met my foster mums as a terrified 10 week old kitten – just me and my claws against the big scary world. After lots of patience, love, and salmon paste treats (yum 😋) I have left the spicy life behind and am the sweetest little baby who’s warming up to humans more every day.

I’m your stereotypical kitten. That is… a little crazy! I never run out of energy and most of the day you’ll find me bouncing off the walls, ‘helping’ with the pot plants and laundry, or hanging backwards off the furniture with a cheeky twinkle in my eye!

I’m very curious and like to know what my humans are up to at all times. I’m still quite shy, so I prefer them look and not touch 👀 but I am trying to be more brave around gentle human hands. I’ve just started purring for butt scratches at breakfast time, and when I’m sleepy I’ll tolerate a quick smooch goodnight – but let’s take it slow 😽

I have always lived with kittens and adult cats and I think they’re the bees knees. I looooooooove playing games with all my feline friends, especially hide and seek, chasey, zoomies, and pro wrestling! I have a staffy brother too – he’s alright through the window, but boy am I glad he lives outside.

My dream home would have:
– a fun, confident kitty to make me feel safe and teach me to be brave
– patient, older children who know how to keep their paws to themselves
– no inside doggos (unless they are very quiet and calm)
– bouncy balls
– roast chicken 😼
