MEET RAVEN
Hi peoples, I’m Raven.
My brother Mason may have already told you a bit about me through his posts – see down the bottom if you haven’t. Well it’s time for us to find our new furever homes.
How to best describe me??? I’m an adorable supercharged firecracker! I’m only tiny (although I look quite big in photos – I’m really very little for my age of 19 weeks). I’m full of energy and attack everything full throttle. My brothers and foster mum nicknamed me “Wigglebum” cause I can’t sit still. Even at bedtime I have to move around constantly till I find just the right place in the pile with my brothers to snuggle into. And when I cuddle with my foster mum, I have complete faith that she will not let me fall as I wiggle about getting pats in all the right places – which is everywhere! I also love to run, play and explore new places and find things I missed in old places too. I’m always happy and love to randomly jump on my foster mum for cuddles throughout the day (and night). I luv cuddles – did I mention that?
I’ve been on lots of visits to different places, so I’m okay travelling in the car and am very respectful at other people’s homes – and my own. I’m very well behaved and even though I do everything fast, I’m not naughty like some kittehs can be. I get along very well with other kittehs and whilst not too sure of doggies, I think I could come round given time.
Me and my siblings are very bonded, maybe because we had such a tough start, we love to eat, play and sleep together. So I’d really like to find a home that will take us all – Mason’s theory is that as both of us are only little cats (make up 1 full size cat) and Logan is the only normal size cat, so really it’s only 2 not 3 and we are really not any trouble…. We do rely on each other and certainly need the company of another kitteh or more. Because I like to explore, an indoor only home would be best for me.
Quick recap for anyone who has not been following our story through Mason’s post – here’s the “Cliffs Notes” version. Me and my siblings were handed into Paws & Claws as weee barely week-old babies along with our mamma. Sadly, 3 of our siblings already had broken legs and we lost one of our sisters due to her injuries. Then we lost our mamma and we became bottle babies. So two of my brothers started life with their tiny leggies in casts that had to be changed several times a week. While one of my brothers leggie healed well, unfortunately Mason’s leggie didn’t and became a big ol’ mess, so he had surgery to have it removed – but through it all we remained loving, sweet, happy babies determined to make it against the odds. Along the way we so sadly lost another sister and a brother (who’s leg had healed) due to freak and rare circumstances, so that leaves me, the only girl between two thorns – nah not really, I love my brothers Logan and Mason dearly and we are now looking forward to meeting our furever parents and going to our new homes.
So that’s me in a nutshell. I’m really looking forward to the future and my new furever home with you, hope you come and meet me soon!
Love,
Raven
