Introducing magical Merlin the cavoodle (C0566) who needs to find the right home to suit him.

Merlin is 9 years old, but still a young boy at heart. He has lots of good manners and is very obedient. He can sit, lie down and stay and walks very well without pulling on his lead. He is also fully toilet trained. He does get excited when he sees you and may jump up, but this is something he can be taught to stop. He loves his walks and enjoys cuddles on the sofa in the evening. He can be nervous and bark at other dogs or things on wheels when he’s out and about, but he soon stops.

He currently lives with a small dog and cats, but he does tend to chase the cats and can be jealous of other animals. So, he would make an ideal companion for someone without pets.

Merlin loves company, and will be a new best friend for someone who is at home everyday. He does not like being left alone, so it is essential he is with someone all day. This will mean he even needs to be in the same room at night with you. He just loves being with people! A retired person looking for a companion would get great joy from him.

MERLIN is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped, and flea and worm treated and is located in HenleyBeach. His adoption fee is $300
